How to Detect Wrong AS & Mismatch K Values in EIGRP.

Well... Some time back a friend ask me whether we can detect an AS that has been configured on the Neighboring Router without actually looking at the Configuration?
I tried every "DEBUG" that is available on Cisco Routers to find about it but wasn't able to.
